“Their faces were shining when we delivered the gifts,” reports Angela Wang, Kids for the Kingdom director in China. “We spoke the Gospel and gave each of the 500 students a glass water bottle which can be used as a hand-warmer.” Since the schools have no heating, during the cold winter months the children can hardly hold a pencil. The children fill the glass bottles with hot water and use them to warm their hands during school. “We printed Bible values on each water bottle so the children will be reminded and encouraged to live Christian lives,” Wang adds. “We believe Christ warms hearts just as the glass bottles warm their hands.”
