Just before the grand opening of Kids for the Kingdom’s Star of Hope Medical clinic in Accra, Ghana, Executive Director Tim Dabel and National Director Bernard Asare and his team canvassed the surrounding community and handed out flyers to thousands of the residents.
They were able to visit with many local residents who said they have a need for healthcare but are unable to afford the long journey to the government clinics over 10 miles away.
They are thrilled there is now an affordable clinic open just a short walking distance from their homes.
On the day of the Grand opening, local residents lined up to wait and have their blood pressure taken, receive malaria shots, and get well checks for their babies.
Each patient was overjoyed and thankful that they now have a local medical clinic where they can receive life-giving care and medicines.
